UCLan Women's Football 1st team moved a step closer to promotion from BUCS Northern Division 2A with a 2-0 win at home to Lancaster 1st.The 2nd team lost heavily at home to Liverpool 2nd, and our Men's 1st, 3rd & 4th teams also slipped to defeats.
Men's 2nd won 5-1 at home to Cumbria 2nd and the 5th team triumphed 3-0 against UCFB 3rd.
UCLan Rams' unbeaten streak in the American Football North West Division continued with a 32-6 victory at home to Lancaster Bombers.
Men's Rugby Union 1st enjoyed a 31-21 success at home to Manchester 2nd.
Men's Hockey 1st remain top of Northern 3A after a 2-2 draw at home to promotion rivals Chester 1st. Women's 1st lost 3-2 at Manchester Met (Cheshire) 1st, but our 2nd team secured a 1-0 victory at Liverpool 4th.
Men's Fencing 1st lost 135-88 at home to Liverpool 2nd, Men's Lacrosse 1st fell 10-2 at Bangor 1st and Men's Squash 1st slipped to a 5-0 defeat at Keele 1st.
Men's Tennis 1st drew 6-6 at Liverpool 1st. Men's Badminton 1st beat LJMU 1st 5-3, while our 2nd team won 7-1 at home to Liverpool Hope 1st. Men's Table Tennis 1st cruised to a 17-0 victory against Liverpool 2nd.
UCLan Netball 1st drew 47-47 at Northumbria 2nd. Men's Basketball 1st lost 118-41 at Newcastle 1st, but our 2nd team won 108-56 at home to Manchester Met 3rd.
