Jennie's inclusion represents the first step on the ladder to gaining full representative honours with the England Women's Team.
The 25 player squad will now get their preparations underway with a number of training sessions prior ahead of the RFL Associations Cup during May-July.
The tournament features four teams including the Great Britain Teachers, the Combined Services and the England Lionesses.
Jennie said: "It was such a proud moment when I received the email as there were a lot of girls down for the trails.
"I've played rugby for a long time and it's a big passion of mine. I hope that getting onto the squad getting will help me progress further in the game."
