Over 250 players will battle for national honours at Sir Tom Finney Sports Centre, with some of England's finest up-and-coming talents scheduled to compete.
The Manager of UCLan's STFSC, Martin Baines, said: "After successfully hosting the Championships last year, we are once again looking forward to welcoming these young athletes to our sports centre to train and compete at our first-class facility.
"This builds on our successful track record with the sport after we welcomed international table tennis teams from USA and Australia to use the centre as a pre-Olympic training base in 2012."
Among the entries are Junior singles favourites Helshan Weerasinghe and Tin-Tin Ho, who are both looking to add to fine domestic records with more National titles in Preston.
Sixteen-year-old Helshan, a former Cadet National Champion, is looking for his first junior title after ending up as a losing finalist in both 2011 and 2012 to current England senior squad member, Sam Walker.
Tin-Tin swept the board last season with five titles out of five. The 15-year-old is one of the biggest prospects in English table tennis having also represented Europe in the World Cadet Challenge.
